London Assembly
The Liberal Democrats’ candidate for the Bexley & Bromley constituency is Cllr Tom Papworth.
Tom is campaigning against the NHS cuts proposed for South East London. He is opposing the closure of the Accident and Emergency Unit at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup.

Parliament
Duncan Borrowman is the Liberal Democrats’ parliamentary campaigner for Old Bexley & Sidcup. He lives in Old Bexley, where he grew up and attended Hurst Infant and Junior Schools, Bexley; Cray Valley Technical High, Footscray and BETHS in Bexley.
Duncan works for a multinational company on a political marketing project. He worked for 18 years in TV production and operations - for the BBC, TVam and numerous independent companies through his own successful business.
