Cllr Stephanie EatonLocal Council

Cllr Stephanie Eaton leads the Liberal Democrat group on Tower Hamlets Council. Born in Australia, Stephanie is a criminologist at Kingston University. In her work she looks at the way our society responds to crime and deviant behaviour. She is passionate about social justice, the environment, and involving local people in the decisions that affect their lives.

Local Liberal Democrats are campaigning to keep planning decisions at local level to ensure that communities are fully engaged in the process. In the light of the loss of personal data by HM Revenue and Customs, Lib Dem councillors have called for Tower Hamlets to review its own data security.
